DescriptionI have written the lyrics to two songs with Brooke Telling who wrote the music, Start Anew and Leap Of Faith. They are both on YouTube. Start Anew is an upbeat song about relationships, survival and hope. Leap Of Faith describes my own love life and is written from the heart and more of a ballad. I am personally influenced by many genres. I love 80s pop such as OMD and Depeche Mode. I am also a fan of The Who and Inglorious. I am now looking for a musician to put my lyrics to appropriate music. One is a beautiful ballad called Walking In the Sand about love and loss and moving on. The other is Going It Alone about standing up for your beliefs. I feel individuality is important. I have been on a songwriting course and would love these songs to be successful and appreciated.
Dreams & AmbitionsI would absolutely love to have a number one single and hear my music being played on the radio and in the restaurants and shops so my message reaches a mainstream audience. I see some of my work being on a film soundtrack. That would be wonderful. Brooke debuted Leap Of Faith at my 50th birthday party and got a huge round of applause. Lots of the public love my lyrics but I now seek a collaboration with an ambitious musician who is keen to take my lyrics to the next level and beyond. Sky's the limit.
